Your Microphone Isn’t working: Checklist

  1. Checking your computer’s system settings.
    1. Open up the system settings app.
    2. Scroll down to the sound tab.
      1. Make sure MacBook Air Microphone is selected on the input side.

  1. Check the audio settings on google meet / zoom
    1. While in an active call or waiting room check the selected audio devices by clicking the 3 dots next to the microphone button.
    2. Select MacBook Air Microphone.
