1.) Ensure that the board is plugged into both the computer and the wall.
2.) Ensure that the flame on the Promethean board (on the upper corner of the board) is glowing white.
3.) Restart your computer.
If these steps do not work:
Submit a helpdesk ticket and wait for a Technician to come down and take a look.
