Disconnect the USB cord from behind the board and your computer.
Then disconnect the power cable to the board.
Wait about 20 seconds.
Reconnect the power cable first.
Then plug in the USB to the board then the computer.
If these steps do not work, you may need to have the driver reinstalled or updated on your computer.
