The Fax Machine option is unavailable/not working on the Xerox machine. What are my alternatives?
Scanning to Email great alternative to faxing. Some of the benefits are:

Email Scanning goes directly into the recipients email inbox, as opposed to laying in a fax machine waiting to be retrieved. Scanning is very desirable for confidential or private correspondence.

Emails are often viewed sooner than faxes, since people tend to check their emails frequently.
